The University is now using SABRENet to provide fully redundant 10Gb/s connections between its two data centres and its metropolitan campuses.

SABRENet primary construction completed
Submitted by james on 20 December, 2006 - 01:19.Today saw the successful conclusion of the initial twelve month SABRENet construction program, with the completion and handover of the North, South, East & West backbones and the CBD loop.
