If you would like to enquire about connecting your research or educational institution to SABRENet, please contact SABRENet Ltd.  You can also read the SABRENet Access Policy to determine whether your organisation is likley to be eligible for access.

Fault response and maintenance

SABRENet is maintained on behalf of SABRENet Ltd by licensed telecommunications carrier Amcom Pty Ltd.

Under a long term agreement with SABRENet Ltd, Amcom is responsible for maintaining the SABRENet infrastructure, including responding to faults, damage to the network and Dial before You Dig enquiries.

Active Services

SABRENet Ltd does not provide support for active services running on the SABRENet network.  If your organisation is connected to SABRENet, please contact your local network support representative.
