We are excited to announce that Filip Vidos is joining SABRENet this week in the role of Key Account Manager. Filip brings to the role extensive fibre and network solutions experience, most recently as the Infrastructure Project Manager at Vocus Group Limited, a SABRENet partner.
Filip will be engaging with customers, partners and stakeholders to deliver high quality service whilst expanding the SABRENet leading-edge fibre only network. The network has become a major research, education and innovation asset across South Australia. Being outcome driven and customer focussed, Filip’s lateral thinking and problem solving abilities will enable him to identify alternative options when required, with both suppliers and customers, thereby negotiating favourable solutions for all involved.
Having a passion for technology and a deep understanding of fibre optic networks, Filip is keen to introduce technology to better support the customer experience. SABRENet’s dark fibre offers unlimited bandwidth, enabling challenging projects, creative initiatives and technology ambitions to come to fruition. Filip will be working closely with customers to maximise the way they can use the dark fibre connection and to improve customer service.
